Coast Guard members from across the 9th District again gathered for the annual “Salute to Service” scrimmage hosted by the Cleveland Monsters. This event is now in its third year and was held on November 4th. Players with ties to D9 came from across the Midwest and as far south as Miami to skate. The Monsters also paid tribute to all CG players and families with a challenge coin presentation and recognition during the AHL game in honor of Veteran’s Day.
